Despurate House Cats Adoption Event at Petco – Middletown, CT

We’re excited to announce that Despurate House Cats will be hosting an adoption event at Petco in Middletown, CT on Saturday, September 20, 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet some of our adoptable cats in person and learn more about their personalities, stories, and the work we do to connect them with loving homes.

• Time: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

• Location: Petco, Middletown, CT

At this event, we’ll have a variety of cats looking for their forever families. Our volunteers will be on hand to answer questions, talk about our rescue mission, and guide you through the adoption process.

While walk-ins are welcome, we strongly recommend submitting an adoption application and getting pre-approved beforehand. Pre-approval helps speed up the process and increases the chance that you’ll be able to take your new companion home the same day. Please note: we will not be selling merchandise at this event, our focus will be solely on helping our cats find their perfect match.
