Helping Cats Who Need Us Most

Every cat deserves care, even when they're sick, injured, frightened, or not the kind of cat most people line up to adopt.

Despurate House Cats is a volunteer-run, foster-based rescue in Connecticut. We take on cats who need medical treatment, time to trust people, or a safe place when returning outdoors is no longer an option. We also work to prevent future suffering through Trap-Neuter-Return.

Your donation helps pay for veterinary care, spay and neuter surgeries, food, medication, and the everyday necessities that keep cats safe while they wait for their next chapter.
